Terms, Conditions and How to Use HWK Gift Certificates:

1. HWK Gift Certificates do not expire.You may purchase almost any product that Harbor Wind & Kite Co. sells. HWK Gift Certificates may not be used to purchase other gift certificates or cards.
2. They may be redeemed in person at our Harbor Wind & Kite Co. store in Ventura, CA. When shopping in our store, please bring the HWK Gift Certificate with you.
3. They may be redeemed by phone at 805-654-0900 (Mon – Fri 10am – 4pm Pacific Time)  Please have HWK Gift Certificate available at time of call.
4. They may be redeemed by making a purchase in our online store anytime. The HWK Gift Certificate must be mailed to us to complete the purchase. Use “Mail In Payment” when checking out. If your purchase exceeds the HWK Gift Certificate value, you must pay the remaining balance with another form of payment at time of check out. Please mail your HWK Gift Certificate promptly.
5. They may be redeemed by making multiple purchases. If the purchase is not for full amount of the HWK Gift Certificate, the buyer will receive a HWK Store Credit for the unused balance toward the next purchase. No cash refunds.
6. You may use more than one HWK Gift Certificate on any purchase.
7. At the time of purchase no sales tax or shipping costs are added to the face value of the HWK Gift Certificate. California sales tax of 8.25%, if applicable, and shipping costs will be calculated and added to the purchase when the certificate is used.
8. All HWK Gift Certificates are issued in US dollars. It will buy merchandise or services of equivalent value only from Harbor Wind & Kite Co. No cash refunds. All HWK Gift Certificates must be valid at the time of use.
